During Your Visit

Customer Care

Any member of staff can be approached for assistance. Our security, bar & floor staff can contact our management team if needed. We also have a welfare officer to help with all queries, questions and problems. They ensure a friendly and approachable face is always there for our guests to seek out if they find themselves in any kind of difficulty.


We have extensive CCTV coverage throughout the venue and the majority of our security staff also wear bodycams. We will always review these if any allegation is made and we will pass on to the police to help with any investigation. 

Anti Spiking Devices

We provide anti-spiking bottle stoppers and protective drink covers – these are available from the bar, cloakroom, security or our welfare officer.

Apps To Find My Friends

Whether you need to keep track of a vulnerable friend or you have a mate who likes to disappear for a kebab in the middle of the night, location based apps are quickly becoming a useful tool to keep you in touch. Theres plenty of FREE apps to choose from. One we use personally is Life360. Its available on both Apple App Store & Google Play Store

Phone Charging

Cloakroom or reception desks hold a set of phone chargers which guests can use free of charge to ensure they can stay in contact with their friends at all times.
