We support the ‘Ask for Angela’ scheme and our staff are fully trained in the action required if anyone uses the discreet codeword due to feeling unsafe or threatened.

First Aiders

First Aiders are available on every session we open. Our welfare officer and security staff hold valid first aid certificates.

Welfare Area

If a guest isn’t feeling well or just needs a breather then we have welfare areas available. These are used Welfare Officers and supported by security. These areas are away from the public and street access for a discreet exit or for emergency services to attend without having to get through crowded areas.

Town Pastors

We are extremely fortunate to have the presence of Bury Town Pastors who are Christian volunteers from local churches. They provide help & support to vulnerable people in the town centre on Saturday nights with first aid, bottled water, foil blankets and of course... Freddos!
