Use of a Phone

In the event a vulnerable person needs to use a telephone to ensure their safety when leaving the venue, a call can be made on their behalf by management or security staff.

Free Water

As well as free water always being readily available from the bar, anyone showing signs of intoxication is offered a free glass or bottle of water before they leave the venue.

Lost Property

If you know you've lost an item before you leave then you can speak to security or management who will take your details and contact you if/when the item is found. If you have already left the venue then you can contact use through Facebook, Instagram or email. Items will be available for collection during our opening times, Wednesday-Saturday after 9pm. If you need your item back sooner then we can arrange for it to be moved to The Gym Sports Bar on Risbygate Street which is open during the day.

Taxi

Our security & management team will have a list of numbers to help assist you find a way home. It is important to ensure that a vulnerable person has someone to meet them at the end of their journey – we will ask the question.
